1) Diminishing marginal utility:-
When my favourite actor or actress performs the same kind of style in his movies repeatedly then i gets decreased my satisfaction gradually and get bored of watching and losses utility or satisfaction from watching that movie.
2) Marginal utility:-
A rational consumer Me first, compares to the satisfaction what im getting to the amount or cost that iam incurring then I decides to highest satisfaction one. Here the cost of A: is 80/-and utility is 500 units and second B: is 85/- and utility is 700 units now I will decide wise to go with 85/- becoz I can get extra utility by spendin just 5/-.
3) Taste and prefernces of consumer:-
There are 2 hotels ABC and XYZ namely. ABC is providing what they want to provide or what they can provide, while hotel XYZ is providing what customers that region wants by knowing the customers taste and preferences(from childern to oldage people) then XYZ hotel will get the maximum profit compared to ABC due to knowing tastes and prefernces of consumer.
4) Law of demand:-
As i dont apply hairoil to my hair then, the loss of my hair will be more.
5) People respond to incentives:-
As a rational consumer i get attracted to incentives like whenever i see any offers,discounts,free,cashback etc. then iam eagerly responding to that things/items to buy/consume.
