They started decreasing their 3 months pack of data with unlimited calls to 349/- from 499/- which is low compared to others.
opportunity cost - when jio gave the services at lower price people chose this over other telecom companies which made it the next best alternative foregone.
Response to incentives - with this concept jio gave offer to its prime customers by offering them dicounts
on every unlimited data and voice call services.
